My Goals:

10km sub 1 hour (ambitious I know, will not put a time frame on it just yet)

Run for the Kids (14.2km) March 09 done

Run Melbourne Half Marathon June 09 done

Melbourne Marathon October 09 Maybe……

Weight goals:

73.5kg by end of april 2010

Weight Goals:

66-68 kg by April/May 09 Hmmm. Sept oct 09.

Eating Goals:

To be compliant with my low fructose diet.

To eat things as close to their natural form as much as possible

To rein in eating for reasons other than hunger.

 

(The weight will hopefully take care of itself).

To feel content and happy in my own skin

  1. I will hopefully see you at a few of those runs too! I did a sub hour 10km AGES ago – JoJo paced me and it was so fulfilling- not sure when I will ever get back there!
