Eating Goals:
To be compliant with my low fructose diet.
To eat things as close to their natural form as much as possible
To rein in eating for reasons other than hunger.
(The weight will hopefully take care of itself).
To feel content and happy in my own skin
I’ll hopefully see you at all three of those goal events!
I will hopefully see you at a few of those runs too! I did a sub hour 10km AGES ago – JoJo paced me and it was so fulfilling- not sure when I will ever get back there!
