Done them before, they are a tough workout.
Mostly new faces there, a few old ones, good to see them again. I am still the slowest. I will be running the furthest, though – nobody else is marathon training.
How many weeks is the training plan? When is London?
19 weeks. London marathon is on 22nd of April.
