Damn right I’m good in bed. I could sleep all day!

I really need to get to bed earlier. I have been having nanna naps after work and it simply won’t do!! Also, I stay up late for no particular reason, just pissing about on my puter.

It was SSDD at work today. You know you work in Broady when:

– You can pick up who is heroin affected, and security confirms sightings of same said people shooting up in the carpark.

– When you hear over the loudspeaker “Would the people who have cars marked PUNK-D and PUNNTA please remove their vehicles immediately”.

But it’s all quite fun really.

After work and nanna nap, I went to the gym, gotta make the most of the membership in January before I cancel it in february. I did about 1/2 an hour on the cross trainer, didn’t get my heart rate above 147, categorical evidence that I am getting fitter. I am also feeling much more awake. Ankles feel good, shin splints a bit tender, am icing them as I type. I am female and therefore good at multi-tasking. 🙂

I am on call this weekend, very unimpressed. Still, I am thinking of the cashola. Good for our trip to India in April.

I hope to stay at home this weekend and do some of the things that I have been procrastinating about, like doing my tax.

ON EATING HEALTHILY

I looked up the website mydailyintake.net. It sad that I need about 9000 to 10000 KJ a day. I thought I ate much less than that, but I probably make up the shortfall on the weekends (cue the drunken incident with stillettos and the sausages in white bread). It is said that if there is a 2000KJ deficit per day then 0.5 kg will be lost per week. I will need to clean up the extras, the bits of roast potato left over, the choccies at work et cetera. Otherwise my nutrition (I refuse to say diet) is good, I think.

BTW SSDD stands for same shit different day.

  1. I am closing my eyes and thinking of the money at the moment too- and working the weekend- and hopefully next weekend too! I use calorieking.com to track my nutrition.

  2. I’m glad I’m not the only one who hasn’t done their tax yet.

    It’s on my list of things to do…..right at the top now, as I’ve done most everything else above it!!
